New Gait Manor features three equestrian guest rooms, each with its own spacious bathroom. The elegant rooms are decorated with furnishings carefully selected from several antiquing trips around New England. The bathrooms include ball-and-claw refinished bathtubs, perfect for soaking after a hard days ride. Each room has a separate entrance, comes with cable TV, and can be temperature controlled. Flower boxes sit outside the doors and guests can enjoy breakfast on the patio looking out on the stunning Lusitano horses.
Guest services at New Gait Manor include massage therapy for both rider and horse by Licensed Massage Therapist, Mariko Marohn. Mariko, a talented rider, earned her Instructor Certificate from the British Horse Society in 1986. Her experience includes working in Japan as an instructor and trainer for competitive dressage. In addition, Mariko is certified in equine massage therapy. Her goal is to promote an optimal and pain free horse and rider partnership.
